Whenever able, I spend my time doing something I love. I volunteer for the Doxie Tales Rescue to help save small dachshunds' lives. It is run by Ginger Snyder, my aunt through a Facebook page. Doxie Tales is not just a rescue, but it is a home, many people who take part in Doxie Tales or follow their page say that their lives change more than the dogs themselves. Because of the stories that are told about the dogs who have been rescued through DTR, it has become one of the biggest dachshund rescues in Gainsville Florida, and I am happy to take part in the help of creating the stories behind the Dachshunds of Doxie Tales.
